You'll oversee end-to-end HR operations, from talent acquisition and development to compensation strategy and compliance, ensuring our workforce remains competitive in Jakarta's dynamic market. Collaborate with C-suite executives to design scalable HR frameworks that support sustainable growth while maintaining compliance with Indonesian labor regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with corporate vision and operational goals
- Lead HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and succession planning
- Design and implement performance management systems and employee development programs
- Oversee compensation and benefits structures to ensure market competitiveness
- Drive organizational culture initiatives enhancing employee engagement and retention
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and HR regulatory requirements
- Manage HR budget and resources efficiently while optimizing operational costs
- Lead HR team development and mentorship programs to build leadership pipeline
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in HR strategy development and organizational transformation
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws (KUHP, Ketenagakerjaan)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR metrics and business data
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience managing HR teams in multinational or corporate environments
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and digital HR transformation initiatives
