Kuehne & Nagel is looking for a dynamic and strategic General Manager Human Resources to lead our operations in Indonesia. As a key member of the Indonesia leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the human capital strategy that drives business growth and operational excellence across the region.
In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our global standards while navigating the local market landscape. Your expertise will be critical in managing complex employee relations, compensation & benefits (C&B), and ensuring full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations. You will lead the charge on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development, fostering a culture of high performance, inclusion, and engagement.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with Kuehne & Nagel’s global business goals and local market needs.
- Partner with executive management to drive organizational change, culture, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Oversee Compensation & Benefits (C&B) structures, salary reviews, and performance management systems.
- Manage Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR), ensuring harmonious workplace relationships and compliance with local labor laws.
- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Drive workforce analytics and reporting to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and global HR policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role (General Manager or HR Director level) within a multinational company.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian labor law, employment contracts, and statutory requirements.
- Proven experience in organizational design, talent management, and change management.
- Expertise in C&B, performance appraisal, and employee engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
