- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance student engagement and university brand visibility.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and operational excellence.
- Manage departmental operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with university partners to create impactful outreach programs, events, and promotional materials.
- Analyze market data and campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI.
- Oversee the production of high-quality marketing collateral, including digital content, brochures, and presentations.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and stakeholder meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or executive role.
- Proven track record of managing student engagement initiatives or working within the education consultancy sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media management platforms.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to adapt to changing market trends and student needs.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred.
