- Develop and execute strategic operational plans aligned with business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams in facility management, maintenance, and service delivery
- Optimize operational efficiency through process improvements and technology integration
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
- Manage client relationships and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control initiatives

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Integrated Facility Management (IFM)
- Proven track record in leadership roles with operational management responsibilities
- Strong understanding of facility management systems, maintenance protocols, and service delivery models
- Strategic planning and execution capabilities with measurable results
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience managing teams in high-volume service environments
