Central Cipta Murdaya is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our furniture manufacturing operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all aspects of furniture manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and execution
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including production, supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage supplier relationships and optimize the supply chain for raw materials and components
- Drive innovation in manufacturing processes and product development
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational goals with overall business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in furniture manufacturing or woodworking industry
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership position, such as Operations Director or General Manager
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing production costs
- Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and supply chain management
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages
