Tanggung Jawab
- Perform dialysis procedures including equipment setup, operation, and maintenance
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to treatment complications
- Administer prescribed medications and intravenous therapies
- Document patient assessments and treatment progress accurately
- Educate patients on dialysis procedures and self-care management
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for coordinated patient care
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
Kualifikasi
- S.Kep Nursing degree from accredited institution
- Valid Indonesian nursing license (STR)
- Minimum 2 years dialysis/nephrology experience
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Strong knowledge of renal care protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure emergency situations
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
