Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient examinations and assessments to determine appropriate medical care
- Diagnose and treat common illnesses, injuries, and health conditions using evidence-based practices
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Refer patients to specialists when necessary and coordinate follow-up care
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in accordance with healthcare standards
- Provide health education and preventive care guidance to patients
- Collaborate with nursing and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care
Kualifikasi
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia
- Previous experience in general practice or primary care preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills and clinical judgment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to continuing medical education and professional development
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
