Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments for a diverse range of patients.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in accordance with evidence-based medicine.
- Manage patient health records accurately using our advanced Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Provide patient education regarding preventive care, healthy lifestyle choices, and medication management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialist teams to ensure seamless patient care pathways.
- Perform minor surgical procedures and emergency first-aid as required by clinical protocols.
- Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to ensure hospital-wide excellence.
- Stay updated on the latest medical guidelines and participate in hospital-sponsored training sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Medical Doctor (MD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Hold a current and active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) as a General Practitioner.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or primary care setting.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Indonesian (spoken and written).
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences and cultural sensitivity.
- Proficiency in basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certifications.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
