Batu Karang Group is seeking a highly skilled Geology and Resource Superintendent to oversee our nickel mining operations in Halmahera Tengah, Maluku Utara. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for directing geological exploration programs, managing resource estimation, and ensuring technical excellence across our projects.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the geological exploration team to achieve resource targets and operational goals.
- Conduct detailed geological mapping, sampling, and data interpretation for nickel and associated minerals.
- Oversee resource estimation and reserve reporting in strict accordance with JORC standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on the mine site.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, feasibility studies, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor and train junior geologists and field staff to ensure technical proficiency.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, surveying, and management teams to integrate geological data into mine planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, or a related field (Masterās degree is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience in nickel mining, exploration, or mineral resource management.
- Strong proficiency in geological software such as Leapfrog, Surpac, or MineSight.
- Extensive knowledge of resource modeling, mineral deposit types, and JORC reporting codes.
- Valid Mining Work Permit (IUP) or equivalent technical certification is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in remote and challenging environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
