We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mine Engineer (Nickel) to join PT Achivon Prestasi Abadi. Based in the industrial hub of Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, ensuring efficient resource extraction and maximizing production targets.
As a Mine Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical planning and supervision of mining activities. You will work closely with geological teams to interpret data, ensuring that our nickel extraction processes are both safe and economically viable. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive mine plans, schedules, and operational strategies.
- Conduct technical evaluations of ore bodies and ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Monitor and report on daily production metrics, including ore grade and tonnage.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations (K3) and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with geologists and processing engineers to resolve operational challenges.
- Prepare and present technical reports, feasibility studies, and progress updates.
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate with logistics teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Mining Engineering or Geology.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the nickel or mineral mining industry.
- Proficiency in mining software such as Surpac, MineSight, or AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian mining regulations and safety protocols.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work in remote field locations.
- Valid Indonesian Driverās License (SIM A).
