- Plan and deliver high-quality German language lessons tailored to various proficiency levels.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans that cover reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Create an engaging and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments, assignments, and constructive feedback.
- Adapt teaching methodologies to meet the individual learning needs and paces of students.
- Incorporate German cultural insights into the curriculum to provide a holistic learning experience.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, student performance, and curriculum development.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in teaching German as a Foreign Language (DaF) or a related field.
- Native or near-native proficiency in the German language (C1/C2 level preferred).
- Recognized teaching certification (e.g., Goethe-Zertifikat, DaF/DaZ qualification) is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, encouraging approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and virtual classroom platforms is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working with students in an academic or private tutoring setting.
