You will work alongside a collaborative team of digital marketing experts, utilizing the latest tools to optimize ad spend and maximize engagement across Search, Display, and Video networks. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube.
- Conduct deep-dive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Perform daily budget management and bid optimization to ensure maximum ROI for clients.
- Configure and troubleshoot conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4) to ensure data accuracy.
- Execute A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets to improve CTR and Conversion Rates.
- Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and beta features within the Google ecosystem.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience managing professional Google Ads accounts.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager is non-negotiable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data sets to improve campaign performance.
- Proven track record of managing monthly ad spends and scaling campaigns effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client reporting and internal collaboration.
- Experience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies and landing page best practices.
- Google Ads Certification (Search/Display/Measurement) is highly preferred.
