You will go beyond standard campaign management, diving deep into audience segments, bid strategies, and creative testing to ensure our brand remains front-of-mind. Tanggung Jawab

  • Plan, execute, and scale high-performing Google Display Network (GDN) campaigns aligned with core business objectives.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of campaign performance data to drive continuous improvement and cost-efficiency.
  • Develop and implement sophisticated audience segmentation strategies including remarketing, custom intent, and affinity audiences.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad assets are optimized for high CTR and visual impact.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and creative formats to optimize conversion rates.
  • Manage monthly budgets across multiple accounts, ensuring optimal pacing and budget allocation.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and privacy changes affecting display advertising.

Kualifikasi

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Display Ads or programmatic advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads (Display Certification preferred) and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable strategies.
  • Deep understanding of conversion tracking, tagging, and audience pixel management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present campaign insights to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Experience with other DSPs or social advertising platforms is a plus.
