Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement end-to-end GRC frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Lead risk assessments, compliance audits, and internal control evaluations for financial services operations
- Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and monitoring protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute remediation plans and ensure timely issue resolution
- Provide GRC expertise to support strategic initiatives and digital transformation projects
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess potential impacts on organizational compliance posture
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of risk awareness and ethical conduct
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field; Master's or professional certification (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CISSP) preferred
- 5+ years of experience in GRC roles within banking, financial services, or consulting
- Proven expertise in regulatory frameworks (BSP, SEC, AML/CFT, GDPR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex regulations and translate into actionable controls
- Experience leading GRC projects and mentoring compliance teams
- Proficiency in GRC tools (e.g., RSA Archer, LogicGate, MetricStream) and data analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present findings to executive stakeholders
