Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in a structured 12 to 24-month rotational program across core finance functions, including FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Internal Audit.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, management accounts, and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes by collaborating with various departments to gather and analyze financial data.
- Prepare and post journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and ensure accuracy and integrity of the general ledger.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and internal control frameworks.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial projects, strategic initiatives, and due diligence activities.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Present your findings, analysis, and recommendations to finance leadership during rotation reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- Strong academic track record (Second Upper Honours and above preferred).
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, complex formulas) and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn with a strong growth mindset.
- Relevant internship experience in accounting, finance, or audit is highly advantageous.
