We are seeking a dedicated Graduate Tracer to join our team in Northern Mindanao. As a key member of the Civil Service Commission's Graduate Tracer System, you will play a vital role in tracking the career trajectories and employment status of scholarship graduates. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to educational policy and development through data-driven research.
About the Role
The Graduate Tracer is responsible for conducting comprehensive surveys to gather information on graduates' employment, salary levels, and professional growth. You will act as the primary point of contact for alumni, ensuring accurate data collection and timely updates to the central database. The role requires a proactive approach to fieldwork and a commitment to maintaining high standards of data integrity.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field surveys and in-depth interviews with graduates to collect employment data, salary details, and career progression information.
- Update and maintain the Graduate Tracer System database with accurate and timely records.
- Coordinate with educational institutions and alumni associations to facilitate the tracer study process.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on tracer study findings to the management.
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy regulations and ethical research standards.
- Perform follow-up activities with graduates who have not responded to initial inquiries.
- Assist in organizing orientation seminars and feedback sessions for program stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and the local dialect.
- Willingness to travel to various municipalities within Northern Mindanao.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in research, data collection, or customer service is an advantage.
