As an R&D Senior Staff, you will bridge the gap between consumer insights and technical execution. You will lead projects focused on product improvement, material research, and quality assurance, ensuring that every Unicharm pet care solution meets our rigorous international standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage product development projects for the pet care category, from concept ideation to market launch.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis to identify innovation opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Production, and Quality Control, to streamline product development cycles.
- Perform material testing and performance evaluation to ensure product efficacy and safety.
- Coordinate with regional R&D counterparts in Japan to align product standards and technology transfers.
- Document technical specifications, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and testing results accurately.
- Resolve product-related issues by implementing root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Veterinary Science, Biology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in R&D or Product Development, preferably within the FMCG or pet care industry.
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3 level or higher) is mandatory for effective communication with regional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in technical documentation and product testing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural work environment.
- Passion for pet welfare and deep curiosity about emerging pet care trends.
