- Execute high-impact sales and marketing campaigns on-site to drive brand awareness and acquisition.
- Engage with diverse audiences through face-to-face interactions to represent our client brands professionally.
- Participate in daily team workshops and training sessions to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify improvement areas and optimize execution strategies.
- Assist in the coaching and mentoring of new team members as you progress through the program.
- Maintain high levels of productivity while working in various locations to achieve territory sales targets.
- Contribute fresh ideas to team meetings to enhance the effectiveness of outreach activities.
Kualifikasi
- Recent graduates (Degree or Diploma) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; we prioritize attitude and potential over experience.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in English and/or local languages.
- High level of resilience, self-motivation, and a positive "can-do" attitude.
