Tanggung Jawab
- Create visually compelling designs for marketing campaigns, including digital ads, social media posts, brochures, and in-store materials.
- Support the brand management team in maintaining visual consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Assist in brainstorming and conceptualizing creative ideas for promotional initiatives and seasonal campaigns.
- Participate in structured on-the-job training to master Adobe Creative Suite and professional design workflows.
- Manage and organize the digital asset library, ensuring files are correctly labeled and easily accessible.
- Conduct market research on current design trends to inform and elevate creative output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project objectives and deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field (required for OJT credit).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required; experience with Canva or Figma is an advantage.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, technical skill, and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Willingness to work full-time (Monday to Friday) in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Passion for visual storytelling, marketing, and brand development.
