Jakarta Intercultural School (JIS) is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Communications Office. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our visual storytelling efforts, managing design and production needs from initial concept to final quality control. You will work under the guidance of specialist leadership to ensure all visual assets align with the JIS brand identity while engaging our diverse community.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute creative design concepts for digital and print media including brochures, posters, newsletters, and social media content.
- Manage end-to-end design production processes, ensuring all materials meet strict brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Communications team to brainstorm and implement visual strategies for school events and campaigns.
- Perform meticulous quality control on all outgoing visual assets to ensure accuracy and high resolution.
- Assist in maintaining the school's digital asset library and design archives.
- Adapt existing design templates for various school departments while maintaining visual consistency.
- Stay current with design trends and software updates to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the communications strategy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in graphic design (portfolio required).
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear visual narratives.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience in an educational or fast-paced corporate communications environment is a strong plus.
