Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and design high-quality visual content for digital, print, and in-store marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align visual elements with overall brand strategy and campaign goals.
- Design engaging social media graphics, web banners, and email newsletter layouts to increase customer interaction.
- Develop creative packaging designs that align with product positioning and regulatory requirements.
- Create effective point-of-sale (POS) materials and in-store signage to enhance the pharmacy shopping experience.
- Manage design projects from initial concept through to final production, ensuring brand consistency and quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually improve creative output.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a retail or agency setting.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (e.g., After Effects or Premiere Pro) is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate marketing briefs into compelling designs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
