Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain precision grinding machinery to ensure optimal performance and output quality
- Analyze grinding processes to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
- Perform routine inspections, calibration, and preventive maintenance on grinding equipment
- Develop and optimize grinding parameters for different materials and specifications
- Train junior technicians on proper grinding techniques and safety protocols
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
- Document all maintenance activities, process improvements, and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field required
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in precision grinding operations
- Strong knowledge of grinding wheel types, materials, and applications
- Certification in CNC grinding machinery operation preferred
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications
- Experience with predictive maintenance and root cause analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
