Tanggung Jawab
- Perform general grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and edging of landscaped areas.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of exterior site structures, walkways, and drainage systems.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools safely.
- Remove debris, trash, and waste from outdoor areas to ensure a clean and professional site appearance.
- Assist with seasonal grounds tasks, including snow removal (if applicable), leaf raking, and planting.
- Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or structural damage to the facilities supervisor immediately.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and basic inspections.
- Support the broader maintenance team with general manual labor tasks as assigned by site management.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or general labor roles.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety standards and protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to operate basic power tools and landscape machinery safely.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends if required by site operational needs.
