Tanggung Jawab
- Support the development and execution of strategic communication plans for regional and global campaigns.
- Draft and edit high-quality content, including press releases, newsletter articles, and social media posts.
- Assist in media monitoring and sentiment analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for the company.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights for corporate reports and sustainability initiatives.
- Help manage event coordination and logistics for corporate town halls and public press events.
- Maintain and update the company’s internal communication portals with relevant updates and announcements.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and competitive benchmarks to support team projects.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and basic content creation software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives.
- Proactive team player with a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic corporate environment.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced work setting.
- Prior experience in social media management or campus editorial boards is a significant advantage.
