Your Responsibilities

As a Group Leader, you will take ownership of the daily operations within the IB-HTL unit. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and develop your team members to reach their full potential.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of a team of specialists within the International Business-Hotel (IB-HTL) department.
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan, execute, and launch strategic projects successfully.
  • Monitor daily and weekly operational KPIs, implementing corrective actions to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Analyze operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Serve as the main point of escalation for complex issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports and business insights to senior management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Quality) to drive alignment and achieve business goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a supervisory, team lead, or management role within an operations or customer service environment.
  • Strong background in the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive a team toward achieving KPIs and operational targets.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.
