Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of growth strategies.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for user acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to execute A/B testing and performance optimization projects.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and data visualizations to inform executive leadership on growth trajectory and market positioning.
- Manage end-to-end analytical projects, from hypothesis generation to post-implementation review.
- Provide supervision and guidance on analytical best practices to junior team members.
- Optimize sales funnels through data-driven insights to increase conversion rates across digital platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in data analysis or growth strategy, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Demonstrated experience or strong conceptual understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Basic familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex technical findings into clear business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
