You'll architect data-driven strategies that seamlessly connect in-store experiences with digital touchpoints, driving retention and maximizing lifetime value.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute omnichannel CRM strategies connecting physical outlets with mobile app ecosystem
- Design targeted campaigns to convert foot traffic into repeat customers through personalized engagement
- Analyze customer data to identify behavioral patterns and optimize retention initiatives
- Collaborate with retail teams to align in-store experiences with digital marketing efforts
- Implement segmentation strategies to nurture high-value customer relationships
- Monitor and report on KPIs including customer acquisition cost, retention rates, and LTV
- Continuously test and refine CRM workflows based on performance analytics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years experience in CRM, digital marketing, or growth roles
- Proven track record in customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent understanding of omnichannel customer journeys
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
