- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for Furmocare pet brand across Shopee and paid media channels
- Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities, optimize campaigns, and improve customer acquisition metrics
- Build and manage end-to-end D2C customer journeys from awareness to retention
- Collaborate with product teams to align marketing initiatives with brand positioning and customer needs
- Monitor competitor landscape and emerging digital marketing trends in the pet industry
- Optimize product listings, promotions, and content for maximum conversion on e-commerce platforms
- Report on KPIs and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience with proven results in e-commerce platforms, especially Shopee
- Expertise in paid media management across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and performance marketing channels
- Strong analytical skills using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms
- Experience building D2C brands from inception with demonstrated growth metrics
- Deep understanding of pet industry consumer behavior and market dynamics
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
