Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement multi-channel growth marketing strategies focused on demand generation and pipeline acceleration
- Design, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across email, social, content, and paid channels
- Analyze performance metrics using analytics tools to identify growth opportunities and refine tactics
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals
- Manage marketing budgets, forecast performance, and report on ROI to stakeholders
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation to improve conversion rates and customer journey efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
