- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies across digital channels including social media, email, content, and paid advertising
- Drive demand generation and pipeline growth through targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Optimize website performance and user experience to maximize conversion rates
- Implement and manage marketing automation systems to streamline lead nurturing and customer engagement
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies
- Manage marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Expertise in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) and analytics platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media marketing
