- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to increase user acquisition and retention rates.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email channels.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and funnels to optimize conversion rates and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and tools to keep Intlife ahead of the competition.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
- Strong proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot.
- Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media advertising strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-backed decisions.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
