Join Shopee's dynamic Marketing team as a Growth Marketing Specialist, where you'll drive user acquisition, engagement, and market expansion through innovative data-driven strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute multi-channel growth marketing campaigns (digital/social/email/retargeting)
- Analyze user behavior data to identify growth opportunities and optimize conversion funnels
- Design and run A/B tests for landing pages, CTAs, and campaign messaging
- Manage paid advertising budgets across platforms (Google, Facebook, TikTok)
- Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic
- Build and nurture referral programs to drive viral growth
- Track KPIs and generate actionable insights from marketing analytics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years experience in growth marketing or digital acquisition roles
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo)
- Strong data analysis and statistical modeling skills
- Proven track record of achieving 20%+ YoY growth metrics
- Experience with CRM systems and customer segmentation
