Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and monitor daily paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Build, test, and optimize high-converting sales funnels and landing pages.
- Configure and troubleshoot complex marketing automation workflows (e.g., Zapier, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel).
- Perform A/B testing on ad creative and funnel steps to drive continuous performance improvements.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Manage the technical implementation of lead magnets, email sequences, and customer journey touchpoints.
- Ensure seamless integration between various marketing tech stack tools.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Growth VA, Marketing Operations Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong technical proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make.com, HubSpot, or GoHighLevel).
- Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns with a focus on ROAS.
- Experience building and optimizing conversion funnels within platforms like ClickFunnels, Kajabi, or WordPress.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing multiple campaign timelines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
