Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for scaling digital growth? We are looking for a strategic Growth & Performance Marketing Lead to join our dynamic team in the heart of Orchard. In this role, you will be the architect of our digital acquisition strategy, responsible for building and optimizing high-performing paid campaigns that drive measurable results.
You will oversee the end-to-end performance marketing funnel, from channel selection and budget allocation to creative testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid acquisition strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage monthly performance marketing budgets to ensure optimal ROAS and CAC targets are met.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze full-funnel performance data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce high-converting assets tailored to different stages of the customer journey.
- Scale successful campaigns by identifying new growth levers and emerging digital marketing trends.
- Implement advanced tracking and attribution models to ensure data accuracy and campaign transparency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or growth roles.
- Proven track record of managing significant monthly advertising budgets with a focus on lead generation.
- Expertise in Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and landing page best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with strong project management skills.
