Kualifikasi
- Certificate in Cosmetology, Trichology, or related hair/scalp care field
- Minimum 1-2 years in customer service or beauty/haircare industry
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with consultative approach
- Basic knowledge of hair biology and common scalp conditions
- Professional appearance and personal grooming standards
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as per clinic operating hours
- Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred (work permit sponsorship available for eligible candidates)
