In this position you will be responsible for the dayâtoâday operation of the salon, including staff scheduling, inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety. You will work closely with the ownership team to develop and execute marketing strategies that attract new customers and retain loyal clients, while also monitoring sales performance and setting actionable targets.
Beyond operations, you will mentor and motivate the stylist team, conduct regular training sessions, and ensure that all services meet the salonâs brand promise. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and inspire a team of hair stylists and apprentices to deliver outstanding service and meet client expectations.
- Oversee daily salon operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and inventory control.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions to drive foot traffic and increase revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, conducting regular audits and staff trainings.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring high satisfaction rates.
- Monitor sales metrics and provide weekly performance reports to the ownership team.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new stylists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a hair stylist with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role within a salon environment.
- Strong knowledge of hair styling techniques, trends, and product knowledge.
- Excellent leadership and teamâmanagement abilities, with a passion for mentoring staff.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients.
- Ability to manage budgets, POS systems, and basic accounting tasks.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
- Certification in hairdressing or a related field is advantageous.
