- Provide personalized hair consultations and recommend styles that suit each clientâs face shape and lifestyle.
- Perform precision haircuts, coloring, and styling services using contemporary techniques and highâquality products.
- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in accordance with salon policies and local regulations.
- Manage client appointments efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery and a seamless customer experience.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product innovations through ongoing training and professional development.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve salon goals and contribute to a positive, creative work environment.
- Upsell hair care products and services when appropriate, enhancing client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Assist with basic inventory management and routine equipment upkeep.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Hairstylist or in a similar hairâstyling role.
- Valid certification or license in hairdressing (e.g., City & Guilds, ITEC, or equivalent).
- Strong proficiency in cutting, coloring, and styling techniques for diverse hair types.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fastâpaced environment, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of hair health, product chemistry, and safety standards.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and evenings as required.
- A portfolio or gallery of work demonstrating creativity, precision, and client satisfaction.
