We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Handphone Technician to join the team at Perdana Media Investment. In this role, you will be the technical expert responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mobile devices. From cracked screens and battery failures to complex motherboard issues and software troubleshooting, you will ensure that our clients' devices are restored to optimal functionality. We pride ourselves on transparency and service; you will explain technical repair processes to customers in clear, simple terms, keeping them informed of the status and progress of their devices.

Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose hardware and software malfunctions in various smartphone models, including iOS and Android devices.
- Perform precision repairs, including screen replacements, battery swaps, charging port fixes, and camera module replacements.
- Replace spare parts and perform micro-soldering or PCB repairs where necessary.
- Test repaired devices thoroughly to ensure functionality and adherence to quality standards.
- Communicate repair details, progress, and costs clearly to customers in Indonesian.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and manage inventory of spare parts efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest mobile technology trends and repair techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a mobile phone technician or in a similar technical repair role.
- Strong knowledge of smartphone hardware architecture and common failure points.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and diagrams.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Attention to detail and patience when handling delicate electronic components.
- Valid technician certification (preferred but not mandatory).
