We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional on-site technical support to our valued clients, ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our advanced systems. You will analyze complex technical issues, perform necessary repairs, and effectively escalate challenges to higher-level specialists based on your broad technical knowledge. Your ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively will be key to maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
As a member of our support team, you will work closely with engineering departments to document technical findings and improve support processes. You will act as a technical advisor to customers, providing guidance on system operations and maintenance. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of technical service in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site analysis and repairs of technical systems at customer locations as required.
- Evaluate technical issues and determine the appropriate escalation path to senior engineering teams.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance to ensure client satisfaction.
- Document technical issues, system configurations, and resolution steps for knowledge base sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of recurring technical problems.
- Conduct training sessions for customer staff on system operation and troubleshooting best practices.
- Monitor system performance metrics and proactively identify potential areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical support, field engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a deep understanding of complex hardware systems and integration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to travel to customer sites and work flexible hours when necessary.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple technical priorities.
