- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
- Address plumbing issues including fixture repairs, leak detection, and drain clearing
- Conduct electrical repairs such as lighting fixture replacement and basic troubleshooting
- Execute carpentry tasks including furniture repair, door adjustments, and minor construction
- Respond promptly to maintenance work orders and guest requests
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks to identify potential issues early
- Assist with HVAC system maintenance and filter replacements
- Maintain organized tool inventory and workspace cleanliness
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in relevant trades
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience
- Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry fundamentals
- Valid trade licenses/certifications preferred
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina for lifting, climbing, and confined space work
