Tanggung Jawab
- Perform carpentry repairs including doors, windows, furniture, and structural elements
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections to identify potential issues
- Install, repair, or replace damaged building components using appropriate tools
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for comprehensive facility management
Kualifikasi
- NCII (National Certificate Level II) in Carpentry certification required
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on carpentry/maintenance experience
- Proficiency with carpentry tools and equipment (saws, drills, etc.)
- Knowledge of basic construction materials and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various conditions
