Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and general repairs on facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
- Conduct inspections of properties to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Respond promptly and effectively to maintenance requests from tenants and staff.
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures and systems according to CBRE standards.
- Ensure all maintenance work adheres to safety regulations and quality control procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Kualifikasi
- NCII Certification in Plumbing is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar Handyman or Maintenance Technician role.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing plumbing systems, as well as general building maintenance.
- Knowledge of basic electrical and carpentry skills is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) ID or relevant certifications preferred.
