- Translate HC business requirements into scalable technical data solutions and analytics frameworks
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts to deliver high-quality analytics deliverables
- Develop and maintain data models for workforce planning, retention analysis, and performance metrics
- Design and implement automated reporting dashboards for HC stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate HC data systems
- Present complex data insights to senior leadership through compelling visualizations
- Ensure data governance standards and compliance with privacy regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of HC metrics and talent management systems
- Experience with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud analytics services
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
