As the Head of Business Operations, you will oversee the review and preparation of all invoices, manage complex financial workflows, and implement process improvements that drive cost savings and enhance service delivery. You will act as a key advisor to senior management, translating business goals into actionable operational strategies. - Lead and manage the daily operations of the business office, ensuring seamless execution of financial and administrative functions.
- Oversee the review, preparation, and reconciliation of all invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive operational efficiency and support the growth of KPJ Healthcare.
- Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs and service quality.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations staff.
- Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations, internal controls, and best practices in business management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA) or professional certification (CPA/ACCA/CIMA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in business operations, healthcare management, or financial administration.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale operational budgets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with healthcare ERP systems and financial software.
