- Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel communication strategies to enhance the university's brand identity.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of marketing, content, and public relations professionals.
- Manage institutional reputation and crisis communications, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives and social media engagement to grow our global audience reach.
- Oversee the production of high-quality marketing collateral, newsletters, and annual publications.
- Collaborate with faculty and senior leadership to highlight research impact and academic milestones.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize communication tactics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in corporate communications, branding, or public relations, ideally within higher education or a large-scale institution.
- Proven track record of managing high-visibility branding campaigns and large-scale media relations.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse creative and editorial teams.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for narrative and detail.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, SEO principles, and modern content distribution platforms.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments with diplomacy and strategic influence.
