Join Hann Resorts as our Head Mechanic and lead the technical backbone of our operations in Bamban, Tarlac. This critical role ensures our resort's vehicles and machinery operate flawlessly while maintaining the highest standards of safety and environmental compliance. You'll manage a skilled team of technicians, oversee complex repairs, and implement preventative maintenance protocols that minimize downtime. As the technical authority, you'll diagnose intricate mechanical issues, optimize workshop efficiency, and ensure all procedures align with Hann Resorts' sustainability initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise workshop operations, enforcing strict safety and environmental policies
- Diagnose complex mechanical issues across vehicles, machinery, and equipment
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to optimize asset performance
- Train and mentor technicians on advanced repair techniques and safety protocols
- Manage inventory control for parts, tools, and maintenance supplies
- Ensure all repairs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize operational disruptions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of automotive/mechanical repair experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Technical certification from TESDA or accredited automotive institution
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical systems
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance standards
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to train and motivate technical teams
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and workshop management software
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
