Join Mid Solutions Nusantara as our Head of Account Management and lead strategic initiatives for our MSMB (Medium Small Medium Business) segment. You will architect and execute account management strategies that drive retention, sustainable growth, and client engagement. This leadership role requires you to set ambitious team goals aligned with key performance metrics, foster a high-performance culture through coaching and development, and ensure seamless client experiences across the entire lifecycle. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue streams while building lasting partnerships with our most valuable clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement account management strategies tailored to the MSMB segment
- Set team goals aligned with retention, growth, and engagement metrics
- Lead, coach, and develop the account management team
- Oversee entire account lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients
- Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
- Drive revenue growth through strategic account management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of account management experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Experience developing and implementing account management strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
