AlRajhi Bank Malaysia is seeking a visionary Head of Affluent & Propositions to drive our premium banking segment's growth strategy. This senior leadership role will lead the development and execution of tailored financial solutions for high-net-worth clients, ensuring market-leading propositions that enhance customer loyalty and revenue growth. You will spearhead product innovation, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to position AlRajhi as the preferred banking partner for Malaysia's affluent demographic.
As a key member of our executive team, you'll shape the future of our wealth management offerings while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in affluent banking, strategic product development, and client-centric service excellence to elevate our market position in Kuala Lumpur's competitive financial landscape.

- Lead end-to-end development and execution of affluent segment strategies to drive market share and profitability
- Design and launch innovative financial products and premium services targeting high-net-worth clients
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities
- Manage cross-functional collaboration with marketing, credit, and operations teams for seamless service delivery
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor affluent portfolio performance
- Cultivate strategic relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in affluent banking services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10+ years in banking/financial services with 5+ years in affluent segment management
- Proven track record in developing and launching premium banking products
- Expertise in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and trend forecasting
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of Malaysian regulatory environment and banking compliance
- Professional certifications (CFA, FRM) or advanced management qualifications highly desirable
