In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our commercial success, responsible for orchestrating sales strategies across both General Trade Indirect (GT Indirect) and Modern Trade channels.

As the Head of Area, you will not just manage numbers; you will build and lead high-performing teams, analyze market trends to outpace competitors, and ensure that our brand maintains a dominant presence in the region. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for General Trade Indirect and Modern Trade channels to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales representatives and supervisors to ensure peak performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Analyze regional market data and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and modern trade accounts.
  • Monitor stock availability and distribution efficiency to ensure product accessibility across all assigned territories.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance forecasts for senior management to track progress against KPIs.
  • Ensure all sales operations comply with company policies, local regulations, and business ethics.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
  • Strong background in managing both General Trade and Modern Trade distribution networks.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of managing multi-level sales teams.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in sales reporting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel proficiency is a must).
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
  • Deep understanding of the Batam and Kepulauan Riau market landscape.
