OYO is seeking a high-impact Head of Business Development to spearhead our growth strategy in Palembang. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our asset partner network, identifying high-potential market opportunities, and cementing OYO's position as the leading hospitality technology brand in the region.
As the Head of Business Development, you will lead a high-performing team to build sustainable relationships with property owners, execute strategic negotiations, and optimize revenue streams. We are looking for a commercial powerhouse with an entrepreneurial mindset, a data-driven approach, and the ability to navigate complex business landscapes to deliver exceptional growth results.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive market entry and expansion strategies for the Palembang region to increase asset footprint.
- Identify, pursue, and convert high-value property partnerships, ensuring a robust pipeline of new inventory.
- Lead and mentor the business development team, setting KPIs and fostering a culture of high performance and ownership.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to refine product positioning and sales strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless property onboarding and performance.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and property owners to ensure high retention rates.
- Represent OYO at industry events and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and regional influence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships, preferably in hospitality, tech, or real estate.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a strong plus).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale revenue targets and complex negotiations.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in building and coaching successful commercial teams.
- Deep understanding of the local market dynamics in South Sumatra (Palembang).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- High proficiency in data analysis, CRM tools, and strategic planning software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a resilient 'can-do' attitude.
